Arc Compute is a venture backed cloud computing provider based in Toronto Canada with the mission of creating a sustainable future for GPU compute in modern cloud environments. We build server environments based on an internal hypervisor platform utilizing bleeding-edge graphics virtualization software. We’re currently serving a variety of customers with deployed workloads ranging from architectural pre-visualization, sports live-streaming, enterprise VDI, as well as GPU accelerated data processing, and machine learning.
Arc Compute is looking for a Cloud Architect & Network Engineer. We support an in-house developed GPU load balancer and are looking to extend its GPU hardware support as well as its tools for dynamic memory allocation and dynamic scheduling.
· Experience in: Storage Area Networks (SANs), Intel SR-IOV networking,QEMU Network Block Device (qemu-nbd), Broadcom Open Flow-Data Plane Abstraction(OF-DPA), Ceph, OpenZFS, Central Office Re-architected as a Datacenter(OpenCORD).
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment
· Ability to work well with team members and other engineers
· Cloud experience is an asset
Experience in the following areas is not required but may help:
Juniper JunOS, Open Network Linux (ONL), Open Network Install Environment(ONIE), Nvidia Cumulus Linux, Azure SONiC, Facebook FBOSS, NetBSD, LibNVMM,OpenBSD, Coreboot, me_cleaner.
